How can I be sure that the items I buy are genuine?
All items are 100% genuine and are sent with a certificate of authenticity. Our diamonds are IGI Certified and gold is hallmarked as per the rules and regulations governed by the UAE Government.
Do all the products come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all products ordered on RAH Jewelry website come with a certificate of authenticity.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for customers outside of UAE?
No, COD is currently available only for customers residing within the UAE.
How does the Cash on Delivery (COD) option work?
You may place your order on the website and choose the COD option. Our customer service team will call you to confirm your order and the delivery location. Upon delivery, you will need to pay the complete amount in cash to the courier. Please note that only cash payments are accepted for COD.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order on the RAH Jewelry website. This email will contain all the details of your order. If you face any problems, or do not receive your order confirmation email, please contact the customer service team on email@example.com.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We try to be as flexible with orders as possible to ensure customer satisfaction, and thus do our best to accommodate changes to the order. To make a change, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. (Please note that all our jewelry is custom made, thus there are certain changes that cannot be accommodated after 24 hours once the item is being processed).
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
To cancel an order after placing it, please contact the customer service team on email@example.com. Once cancelled, refund for the amount will be issued.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
After placing your order via the RAH Jewelry website, delivery within United Arab Emirates is 7 business days. Delivery time for international orders is 15 business days.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Please note that shipping time is 7 days within the United Arab Emirates and 15 days for the rest of the world. If you have not received your order within this time, please get in touch with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will assist you in tracking your order status. We take our delivery times very seriously, and do our best to ensure that all orders are received within the promised time – however, there may be cases of unanticipated delays with our shipping partners.
