3 DAYS FREE RETURNS
Returns with Rah Jewelry are easy. Simply follow these 5 steps:
Step 1: Send an email to our customer care at (email@example.com) or make a call to our customer care helpline number. Make sure you mention your purchase reference number and reason for the return if you choose to email us.
Step 2: Based on the Email request and other information, if your return is as per our return policy terms and conditions, we will fill the return request form on your behalf.
Step 3: After getting the necessary approval on the return request form, we will mail you a copy of approved return form. Along with that we will also send you the copy of Airway bill of return shipment.
Step 4: Ensure that all your items are packed securely into one package, ready for delivery.
Include the return form, airway bill, and any other materials sent to you by RAHJEWELRY.COM
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry,
diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
Step 5: Track your shipment unless it has been received and acknowledged by RAHJEWELRY.COM.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above AED 500 / $150. Delivery within United Arab Emirates is 7 business days. Delivery time for international orders is 15 business days.
Please read all conditions below. If the following conditions are not met, RAHJEWELRY.COM reserves the right to refuse your return request.
1. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to RAHJEWELRY.COM within 3 days of purchase date subject to other conditions below.
2. Refund of the purchase will be allowed within 48 hours of purchase and exchange should be done within 3 days of the purchase date.
3. Actual shipping charges on return, along with customs duty and clearing charges will be charged back to customers. Processing fee of refunds will also be charged back to the customer. The customer will be advised of the value of refund (less shipping charges, customs duty, and clearing charges) by way of E-mail.
4. No exchange shall be made without Return Authorization approval. (Details below)

6. These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
7. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Rah Jewelry tags still attached, to be eligible
for exchange or refunds. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
8. Upon receipt of a product for return, our quality assurance department will review your returned item and make a DOA ‘Declaration of Acceptance’ or DONA ‘Declaration of Non-Acceptance’.
9. Within 7 working days of receiving the goods, we shall confirm back to you whether the return has been accepted or not.
10. If the goods are not in acceptable condition, we will return the item back to you within 3 days from the date of non-acceptance.
11. RAHJEWELRY.COM is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
12. Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a refund.
13. Nose-pins and Earrings cannot be accepted back for refund for hygienic reasons.
14. RAHJEWELRY.COM is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

After the return process is completed, you will be advised of the actual refund amount along with the probable credit date to your account by way of E-mail.
If you have received an email from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request. Please allow 10-15 days from the date of intimation for a credit to appear on your account. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
